There are very few soloist performers in Brisbane that can encaptulate an audience like local legend and multi-talented musician Eddie Waldon. The way he skillfully uses his guitar to sound both hard & heavy rock and soulful smooth acoustic through the use of FX’s pedals that also incorporate a drum machine and his electrifying vocals is a sight to be seen and has earned him a cult like following.
I feel truley blessed to get the chance to support this man every Friday night from 8pm till close at the Alexandra Hills Hotel. The fact that this is in the very same area that I grew up, and the very same venue that broke my night clubbing cherry almost three decades earlier is super exciting but also somewhat surreal and having only recently stepped back into DJing after a multi year hiatus, it sure is nice to see my logo on a flyer again. I am absolutely chomping at the bit to share the stage and rock the dancefloor with this absolute living legend.
The Alexandra Hills Hotel also has a top tier restaurant, plenty of pool tables, Putt Putt Golf and a soon to be open Bowling Alley, so there really are plenty of options for everyone, young or old, to have a good time. My first set is this Friday the 5th of April so come join us for the best Friday night live music experience you’ll get outside of the City & Valley, with Eddie and I pumping tunes back to back from 8pm all the way through till 2am. Just remember that after 10pm you will have to leave the kids with a baby-sitter.
